About Us

Welcome to DeMarr Engineering, PLLC, a unique Civil Engineering Firm with a parent Site Contracting company making us one of the only true Design-Build land development firms out there. DeMarr Engineering is a small, yet effective engineering firm; our engineers are more hands-on with a wider range of skills any other typical civil engineering firm. We move quickly and with precision in small teams, allowing us to accomplish small, specialized missions that add up to a larger goal.

The Civil Engineering profession is more to us than just drafting plans and obtaining permits. We take pride in our work and in the projects we work on. It’s our passion and purpose to make society a better place by providing our civil engineering services. We blend new homes and additions in with their surrounding topography and help architects’ create more livable space in an environmentally sustainable way.
