About the Role
DeMarr Engineering currently seeks a level II Civil Engineer to work on a variety of projects for our clients. This role will involve a mix of office and field work. We apply the latest technology to bring value to help our clients solve their most challenging problems.
Site/civil development including grading design, roadway design, land use and zoning research, plan submittal, storm water management systems design, data collection assistance and erosion and sediment control design.
Preparation of all associated calculations, reports and spreadsheets.
General support of the design team in all aspects of a given project.
May also conduct code research, write specifications, and obtain permitting.
Required Skills & Experience
B.S. in Civil Engineering.
EIT or equivalent experience.
2-4 years of relevant experience.
Experience with hydrology, stormwater management and an environmental focus is a plus
General knowledge of engineering concepts.
Previous internship experience preferred.
Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft office is required.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
