Capturing the existing conditions of a site with LiDAR, high-resolution imagery and precise land survey measurements allows us to create a permanent digital twin of the site. This digital representation serves as an invaluable resource for:

- Feasibility & Due Diligence: A property for sale that is “too good to be true,” often is. For example, a large 100 acre property for sale may have a 25-year or perpetual conservation easement on the entire property with covenants restricting development. Our surveyors and engineers can review the official land records and title reports to identify these limitations. Beyond easements, properties may include floodplains and/or wetlands that significantly restrict development. Using available GIS data and FEMA/USGS resources, we can quickly assess these constraints to determine whether it’s even worth deploying a survey team for detailed site planning. - Agriculture: Our land surveys and site design services can maximize farmable land while preserving environmental and historic resources.
